Project X

Something exciting is on the horizon...

Behind the scenes, Pride in North Cumbria has been working with local partners, community organisations and supporters to explore an ambitious new project that could transform one of Carlisle's most recognisable public spaces.

For now, we're calling it Project X.

While we're not quite ready to reveal everything, we can say that the project celebrates community, creativity, heritage and the diverse people who make our city what it is today. If successful, it will give local people the opportunity to help shape something lasting that reflects Carlisle's past, present and future.

We're currently working closely with partners, developing funding applications and securing the support needed to bring this vision to life. Until those pieces are in place, Project X must remain a bit of a mystery.
