Craig (He/him)
Youth and Community Worker
Charity Safeguarding Officer
Level 3 NVQ Youth Work
First Aider
Hi, I’m Craig!
I have been a youth worker with PiNC for 4 years and I have completed my level 3 NVQ in youth work. I am the safeguarding officer for the charity and have extensive experience of working with young people who are neuro- diverse.
Prior to this I was the manager of a short breaks home for young people with learning needs and worked there for 30 plus years, making lovely memories!
I live with my husband Stephen and 2 dogs (Tara and Archie) and enjoy music, cinema and watching some sports.
I have a social work degree, NVQ 4 in care management and level 3 NVQ in youth work
Victoria (She/Her)
Mental Wellbeing Support Worker
Hi, I’m Victoria!
I work with Always Another Way, and I also work one day a week in partnership with PiNC at their Maryport centre. My role involves supporting mental wellbeing across Cumbria through group work and one-to-one support.
My background is diverse, ranging from supporting adults with learning disabilities to working as a commercial artist and writer, as well as experience with horses, science, and house renovation. I am passionate about rescue animals and have always shared my life with four-legged friends.
As a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult, I bring lived experience of both the gifts and challenges of neurodiversity, alongside the everyday ups and downs of life. I love my job and find my greatest rewards in validating and supporting others, offering practical solutions that help people improve, thrive, and move forward with drive, insight, and self-compassion.
